“Pimp My Read” (PMR) is the book-of-the-month poll for our blog! Each reviewer on the ‘Boys in our Books’ team will nominate their ONE FAVORITE read of the month (whether reviewed for the blog or not) and plead this book’s case in TEN WORDS OR LESS.
One book will come out on top as the voter favorite…aka that month’s PIMPED READ. :) BUT, what’s even better…everyone who votes and then comments on the PMR thread is entered to win ALL the books nominated by our team! Yes, one winner will get the entire month’s pimped library!
Now, if YOU have a FAVORITE read of the month and it’s not listed here, feel free to NOMINATE your own via the write in option!
So…let’s DO THIS!
(voting open through December 7)
This has been very difficult… some of my favourite writers here… But it has to be Joanna Chambers. I love her books

I had to write in my own because unfortunately I hadn’t read any of those books yet. However, seeing them here has moved them to the top of my wish list!

I really loved how to owl at the Moon. How to walk like a man was an automatic buy on its release day and I read it on the same day. I didn’t regret it. It was fun and sweet. Exactly what I love.

Unfortunately, my November reads weren’t that great, but Humbug by Joanna Chambers was pretty good and one of my favorite’s last month.

My vote goes to Joanna Chambers because the Enlightenment series is too fab for words. Therefore, any extra peeks into that ‘verse is a win in my book. :)

I went with Joanna Chambers’ Unnatural even though it was such a hard choice this time. It’s just the one I’m MOST excited about, but there are so many on this one that I’m really looking forward to reading.

How to Walk Like a Man is such a unique story. I mean a dog who turned into a man and then eventually finding love while trying to navigate the complexity of being suddenly turned into a human? What more could you ask for? ^_^
